Razor has recently been nominated as a finalist for the Ernst & Young 2009 Entrepreneur Of The Year award, and was named the BDC Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007 for his innovative vision and business acumen.
In June 2009, I Love Rewards closed its Series B round with $8.7 million in financing. The Series B financing round included investment from GrandBanks Capital, a leading Boston-based venture capital firm, and marked the first direct co-investment made to a company by the Ontario Venture Capital Fund. Previous investors JLA Ventures and Laurence Capital also participated in the financing round. The capital is being put towards accelerating I Love Rewards' growth by expanding its sales and marketing capabilities to capture a share of the $47 billion rewards and recognition industry.
